At Patrick Adair Designs, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our unique jewelry and offer a 30-day window for returns or size exchanges to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that custom-engraved or fully bespoke pieces may be subject to specific restocking fees due to their one-of-a-kind nature.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your ring in its original jewelry box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new size within 5-7 business days.
